Sportbinox feature a padded, adjustable headband, and hands-free binoculars that pivot up and out of the way when not in use. This pivot function allows the user to see unaided without removing the unit from the forehead. With three models offering 4x, 6x ,and 8x magnification, there is a Sportbinox model with your needs in mind.

The 4x, and 8x models feature non-adjustable focus technology. This will require eyeglasses wearing individuals to 'wear their glasses' while using Sportbinox. The 6x power model features a focus adjustment knob located just infront of the headband, on the top of the binocular. This focus adjustment knob found only on the 6x power model, allows eyeglasses users to wear their Sportbinox without the use of their eyeglasses.

The 4x, and 8x power model also feature AM/FM radio headphones which are useful for listening to the play by play at your local stadium, or just listening to music. The headphones require 2xAA batteries which are not included due to battery acid leaking concerns.

These hands-free binoculars are also useful for visually impaired individuals. Certain ailments such as macular degeneration are aided by most any binocular's ability to magnify an image in the distance. However, Sportbinox take these benefits one step further by allowing hands-free use of binoculars. The 6x power model has especially been designed for extended use. Featuring super-lightweight optics, they weigh only 8.25 ounces including the headband. The 4x, and 8x models weigh in at 18 ounces including the AM/FM radio headphones. At this time the 6x power models does not offer an Am/FM radio headphone.
